a risk management company approved by China Futures Association and State
Administration of Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China. On
30th December 2013, the Company was established in Shanghai Pilot Free Trade
Zone as a wholly-owned subsidiary of SDIC Essence Futures Co., LTD with
registered capital of 450 million. The Company was the first central
government-owned enterprise that registered and established in Shanghai Pilot
Free Trade Zone.
By setting risk management, products design and industrial customer services as the business foundation,
main businesses of the Company are warehouse receipt service, cooperative
hedging, basis trading, pricing service and market maker business. The Company offers spot trading, forward trading and
future delivery services of varieties of listed futures and commodities in
